The 12-year-old boy from Portland, dreamed, a Formula One driver memorialized Friday at a youth camp on the slopes of Mount Hood Oregon’s. His dream ended last Friday at his Go-Kart expired on Tri-City Club karting track in the Horn Rapids and pulled by a cable fence and killed him.
